Bullish Engulfing is a type of candlestick pattern that gives a bullish sign. The Bullish Engulfing pattern works well for swing traders and day traders. However, one should use this pattern with other technical indicators for better performance. When a stock chart form a Bullish Engulfing pattern on a down trend, it indicates the stock may reversal soon and therefore generates a bullish signal.
